——起源Origin（1985-2008）

　　 DUTSdesign杜兹设计是一个具有法国学院派背景的新晋设计公司。

（前身法国杜博斯克建筑师事务所）于1985年在巴黎成立。在法国甚至欧洲钢结构建筑和绿色生态节能建筑上一直处于领先地位，荣获多项国际大奖。完成了遍及欧洲，亚洲的诸多建筑设计及城市规划项目。在越南河内、卡塔尔多哈等处均设立了分部或代表处，从事广泛的设计服务。

Founded in Paris in 1985, DUTSdesign (formerly known as French Atelier Dubosc & Associes) is a newly-established design company with French academic background. It has been in the leading position in French and even European steel structure buildings and green ecology energy-saving buildings, and obtained a number of international awards. Besides, it has completed many architectural designs and urban planning projects throughout Europe and Asia. Branches or representative offices have been set up in Hanoi of Vietnam, Doha of Qatar and other cities to engage in a wide range of design services.

——初步发展Preliminary Development（2009-2017）

　　 DUTSdesign杜兹设计于2009年入驻中国上海，创始人钟凌先生将原法国杜博斯克严谨细腻的学院派风格带到了中国，将欧洲成熟的设计思维、先进的技术模式与国内具体实情结合起来，巧妙并理性地运用到国内实际项目中。　　 DUTSdesign杜兹设计是由40多名不同国籍设计师组成的团队，其核心阵容包含了多名中国一级注册建筑师、法国国家注册建筑师、美国国家绿建筑顾问、中国注册规划师、高级景观设计师，法国国家美术造型设计师等。杜兹设计正横向发展为可以提供提供国际化的建筑设计、空间设计、整体规划、平面以及产品设计等整合设计的事务所。其中主营建筑设计方面：城市综合体、高端商业中心、企业总部、物流中心、体育场馆、文化类公建、星级酒店及高端写字楼、度假中心、高端住宅、城市规划及改造等，都是我们所擅长的设计领域。

DUTSdesign was settled in Shanghai, China in 2009. At that moment, Mr. Zhong Ling, founder, brought the rigorous and exquisite academic style of French Atelier Dubosc & Associes to China. He combined the mature European design idea and advanced technical model with the concrete situation in China, and applied it skillfully and rationally to the actual projects in China. Now DUTSdesign is a team of more than 40 designers from different nationalities. Its core lineup includes a number of Chinese first-class registered architects, French national registered architects, the United States National Green Building Consultants, Chinese registered planners, senior landscape designers and French national art stylists. Now the studio is developing horizontally into an integrated design firm that can provide international architectural and space design, overall planning, plane and product design. Among them, architectural design is our major service, including urban complexes, high-end commercial centers, corporate headquarters, logistics centers, stadiums, cultural public buildings, star-rated hotels and high-end office buildings, vacation centers, high-end residential, urban planning and renovation. All above-mentioned aspects are what we excel in.

　　 DUTSdesign杜兹设计与众多的国内著名企业建立了合作关系，如龙湖集团、中海海运、朗诗集团、红星美凯龙集团、中铁集团、上汽集团、中欧校友总会、金桥集团、上海瑞商联城、重庆财信集团、重庆银翔集团、川威集团、汇源集团、艾普集团、铭峰集团、深圳盒子科技、上海道生天合、上海康码生物科技、长颈鹿美语培训中心、上海易成实业等；设计作品遍布北京、上海、四川、重庆、海南、甘肃、天津、河南、贵州等地。自2010年以来，在国内众多项目中，已经交付使用的有：中铁八局青白江物流中心、西南电子设备研究所、临夏市体育场及体育馆、临夏市大剧院、上海易成实业公司总部、上海长颈鹿美语时光里elite校区；而尚在建设中的项目有：海南三亚亚龙湾畔山度假别墅酒店、铭峰集团的铭峰首座、铭峰华府国际、兰州新区游客接待中心、重庆古剑山菩提精舍、川威集团的内江新城、惠普中心及城市综合体项目等。其中，位于上海幸福码头8号的易成实业总部“悬浮的战舰”项目获得了2017年国际IAI设计优胜奖；同时在国内众多大型国际竞标中也获得了许多优异成绩，如兰州西站城市配套二期超高层（第1名中标），重庆银翔商住综合体（第1名中标），广州电视台新址（第3名），郑州新客运中心（第1名），重庆环山森林公园（第1名），兰州国际商贸中心（第1名），红星美凯龙天津商业中心及新天地（第1名），汇源龙泉总部经济园概念规划（第1名并中标），上海碧云国际社区S11地块住宅项目（第2名）等；此外，当周神山旅游文化产业带总体规划，通渭汤池溪谷温泉度假区概念规划等项目的设计，得到业主的一致好评。

DUTSdesign has established cooperative relations with many famous domestic enterprises, such as LongFor Group, China Shipping, LandSea Group, Red Star Macalline Group, CREC Group, SAIC Group, CEIBS, Golden Bridge Group, Re-est, Chongqing CASIN Group, Chongqing Yinxiang Group, Chuanwei Group, Huiyuan Group. Aipu Group, Mingfeng Group, Shenzhen iBox Chain, Shanghai Techstorm Co, Shanghai KangMa Biotechnology, English Giraffe and Shanghai Yicheng Industry. The design works are all over Beijing, Shanghai, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hainan, Gansu, Tianjin, Henan, Guizhou and other places. Since 2010, many projects in China have been turned over and put into operation: Qingbaijiang Logistics Center of the Eighth Bureau of CREC Group, Southwest Electronic Equipment Research Institute, Linxia Stadium and Gymnasium, Linxia Grand Theater, Shanghai Yicheng Industrial Company Headquarters, Shanghai English Giraffe Elite Campus. The projects under construction include: Hainan Sanya Yalong Bay Resort Villa Hotel, Mingfeng Group's first Mingfeng Resort and Mingfeng Huafu International, Lanzhou New Area Tourist Reception Center, Chongqing Gujianshan Bodhi Escape, Chuanwei Group's Neijiang New Town, HP Center and Urban Complex. Among them, the "suspened warship" project of Yicheng Industrial Headquarters, located at Building 8 Office at Shanghai Happiness Terminal, won the IAI Design Excellence Award in 2017. Meanhwile, the studio has also won many excellent results in many large international bidding competitions in China to wit, the first place in bidding of LanZhou West Railway Station Phase TwoCommercial Super High-Rise (successful bidder), the first place in bidding of Chongqing Yin Xiang Commercial Housing Complex (successful bidder), the third place in bidding of Guangzhou TV Station New Site, the first place in bidding of Zhengzhou New Passenger Transport Center, the first place in bidding of Chongqing Huanshan Forest Park, the first place in bidding of Lanzhou International Business Center, the first place in bidding of Red Star Macalline Tianjin Business Center and New World, the first place in bidding of Huiyuan Longquan Headquarters Economic Park Conceptual Planning (successful bidder), the second place in bidding of Shanghai Biyun International Community S11 Residential Project. Furthermore, the overall planning of Zhoushenshan tourism and cultural industry belt and the conceptual planning of Tongwei Tangchi Valley Hot Spring Resort have been appraised greatly by the owners.

　　 2018年，立足于中国经济发展的趋势，中国城市发展的新阶段和中国商业领域的需求，DUTSdesign杜兹设计创始人钟凌先生在保持原有新城市开发中的设计特长和资源优势的基础上，发力“城市更新”新设计方向。为更好地践行这一新设计方向，钟凌先生创新性的跨界整合了来自商业品牌、建筑设计、室内设计和商业运营等不同领域的优秀合伙人加入，同时设立了上海、台北办公室，为公司的升级发展进行战略布局。至此，DUTSdesign杜兹设计能为客户提供从品牌到设计，再到运营的可持续价值提升的专业服务。DUTSdesign杜兹设计已经不只是一家传统意义上的设计公司。

In terms of the tendency of China's economic development, the new stage of China's urban development and the needs of China's commercial sector, Mr. Zhong Ling, founder of DUTSdesign, is committed to the new design direction of "urban renewal" in 2018 on the basis of maintaining the original design expertise and resource advantages in new urban development.
