  未来都市,是国内规划建筑设计事务所,国家高新技术企业。


  公司成立于2010年,是一个集前期策划、规划、城市设计、建筑与景观等设计专业于一体、覆盖全设计产业链的综合性国际设计事务所。整合中美两国优势资源,拥有美国宾夕法尼亚大学和苏州科技大学两个学术研究团队作为研发机构、并联合苏州大学、西交利物浦大学等知名学府研讨学术,把握最新设计潮流与趋势。

  公司拥有多位国内外规划大师及设计专家

  公司联合创始人及总顾问:是中国勘察设计大师,苏州科技大学教授和空间设计研究所所长,曾任九届、十届全国人大代表。他从事建筑和城市规划工作40余年,完成了300多个项目。自1994年到2007年任中国-新加坡苏州工业园区的总规划师,主持园区规划和建设管理达13年之久,亲自把控园区从规划到开发建设、景观打造的全过程,为苏州工业园区所取得的建设成就做出了重要贡献。

  公司联合创始人及设计总监:是美国宾夕法尼亚大学城市设计学院终身副教授,博士导师,城市设计学科负责人,历任北卡罗莱纳大学教授和城市设计专业主任,华盛顿威尔逊国际研究中心特聘专家、基辛格美中研究所、美国社会科学研究会和日本国立基金会等机构特聘研究员。同济大学建筑学学士与硕士、宾夕法尼亚大学博士,专著包括《丹下健三和新陈代谢运动:日本现代城市乌托邦》(Routledge出版社出版)、《全球化时代的城市设计》和《新城规划与实践》(中国建工出版社)等。

  公司联合创始人及设计总监:在美国宾夕法尼亚大学以最优异成绩获得景观建筑硕士学位,是当代景观建筑设计大师詹姆斯康纳和劳瑞欧林的得意门生。美国注册景观建筑师,美国景观建筑师协会会员和LEED认证的生态设计师。多次赢得国际性设计大奖,包括美国景观建筑协会最高荣誉毕业生奖,乔治博顿奖,欧林奖,欧洲景观学生设计大奖,美国景观建筑师协会学生设计比赛优秀奖。曾任美国欧林设计事务所(2003-2006)的资深景观建筑师和美国兰德公司(2006-2010年)的设计主管和项目经理。致力于研究和解决生态与城市发展的矛盾处理,“生态基础、动态发展”为其基本创作思想,倡导生态集约式开发、弹性景观规划理念。

  公司同时还拥有一批各行业领域专家:高铁专家、海绵城市水处理专家、世界银行高级经济顾问、资深管理团队等。

  未来都市核心业务板块是产业新城规划和设计,公司提供项目由顶层设计到开发建设一站式的整体服务,设计过程中深入分析当地产业发展契机和动力源,针对每个项目的不同特点,以产城融合发展为目标,精准定位产业区发展方向,研究切实可行的设计方案,并在规划中提倡一体化设计,各专家全程指导并跟踪,以深厚的专业知识和经验为每个项目把控质量,保证项目定位与理念的顺利贯彻落地。在苏州工业园区规划建设成功经验基础上,未来都市受邀开展了近200多个国家、省级重点开发区和产业新城的规划设计工作,包含中国- 新加坡苏州工业园区、中国- 马来西亚钦州产业园区、中国医药城泰州新区、昆明新城高新技术产业基地、中国- 瑞士镇江生态产业园等等。我们始终保有创新至上的理念,紧扣国际和中国产业发展动态。

  未来都市核心产业新城规划设计项目足迹不仅遍布全国,还着眼于全球,输出到境外各地,成为中国首个对外软件经验输出的设计团队。

  埃塞俄比亚特殊经济区是受埃塞俄比亚联邦政府委托、在中国国家发改委、商务部、外交部、中央外联办的指导下,以协助推动埃赛俄比亚的国家经济增长与结构转型进程,从顶层设计入手,为特区编制产业规划、空间规划、相关法规、招商等一整套规划和政策,是未来都市响应国家一带一路发展号召、顺应国家“中非新型战略伙伴关系”发展战略,为我国规划咨询“软实力”输出项目首例,受到中国商务部、埃塞联邦政府、世界银行的高度赞扬,并以本项目成果为后续顶层设计和规划项目的样板。此外未来都市还主导了刚果(布)黑角经济特区概念性空间规划、牙买加出口加工商贸园、赞比亚中国经济贸易合作区等境外产业园区。

  同时,未来都市有国内最早熟悉、研究并开展城市设计的团队,由于规划、建筑、景观三专业都有很强的实力,所以城市设计方面的优势十分显著。近年来,未来都市陆续完成了中国-马来西亚城东盟商谷片区城市设计、昆明主城中央公园及CBD核心区城市设计、泰州医药高新区东部核心区城市设计、南京市民中心、扬州新城城市设计、苏州工业园区高铁新城策划及城市设计、安徽滁州高铁站原创城城市设计、广西北海城市设计、武当山剑河城市设计等。在城市设计方面公司还有很多专著、论文发表,在国内外学术会议上有很多城市设计的报告。

  打造有创意的作品是未来都市的核心价值,代表项目有建筑与环境协调统一的扬州体育公园。它是由体育场、体育馆、游泳馆、体校和市民公园组成,设计结合原有起伏的地形,把所有场馆建筑融入原生自然景观,从而达到了既是一组大型公建,更是一个景观的特效,获得多项设计大奖。

  景观方面,未来都市的生态规划和生态景观在国内独领风骚,重点设计项目美国杜克大学中国校区,获得美国绿色建筑委员会(USGBC)的绿色建筑认证,成为全国首个通过美国绿色能源与环境设计先锋奖LEED)整体园区项目认证的大学校园。未来都市在该项目景观设计方案上以独特的水与生态为设计理念,以水作为校园景观的核心元素,并通过生态水景系统实现雨水的自然存积、自然渗透、自然净化以及再利用,未来都市设计让这些原本只存在于人们憧憬中的“未来技术”成为了现实。在这同时未来都市还参与了世界自然保护联盟(IUCN)组织的许多生态规划项目,在中国新时代发展方向上有着领头羊的作用。

  昆山杜克花园景观设计项目获得可持续性设计行动计划(生态SITES体系)铂金级预认证,为全球首个获得SITES体系铂金级认证的项目。
