Required Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent

• Enrolled in AXP or equivalent

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

• Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and motivated

• Prior work experience within a related field preferred

• Familiar with China building and fire codes

• Able to develop design drawing into construction drawing level

• Proficient in and Revit

Primary Responsibilities

• Provides design and technical production support for project team

• Provides administrative support for project team

• Performs design research as needed

• Engages in learning and meeting team expectations for standards of care and best practices

• Works on multiple projects and for multiple managers as needed

• Manages own workload and communicates with manager to prioritize

• Produces accurate and timely work

• Demonstrates active learning and engagement through daily work

• Actively builds relationships within the team

• Demonstrates integration into firm culture
