??? 工作经验3年左右本科及以上学历室内设计专业毕业
 

??? 有外资设计公司工作背景优先可以用英语听说读写
 

??? 有一定的设计项目经验
 

??? 熟悉国内相关设计规范
 

??? 熟悉各类装饰材料有软装方面的经验优先
 

??? 熟练运用设计相关软件如CAD/SKETCHUP/RHINO/PS/INDESIGN/PPT等
 

??? 有一定的逻辑分析能力、工作安排能力、团队协作能力以及语言表达能力。

岗位职责
 

??? 进行室内扩初设计包括绘制室内专业图纸及相关文件的审核等相关工作。
 

Design development, including preparing the interior drawings
and reviewing the relevant documents and other related work.
 

?? 参与所有阶段的协调沟通与项目相关方协调沟通包括政府、客户、国外设计团队、国内设计院以及动画、模型制作等供应商
 

?? Responsible for the coordination and communication at all project
stages, including the government, client, foreign design teams, LDI, animation
company, model making and other suppliers;
 

?? 负责项目投标或竞赛的文件准备
 

Responsible for preparing bidding or project competition
documents;
 

?? 为项目团队提供所需的国内相关技术规范资料
 

Provide the domestic related technical specific regulation for the team;
 

??? 考察项目场地完成的相关调研工作
 

Project site survey to complete the relevant research work;
 

??? 协助项目团队完成项目汇报文件的制作
 

Assist team to complete the presentation file for the project;
 

??? 参加项目会议并完成中英文会议记录
 

Attend project meetings and complete meeting minutes both in English
and Chinese。
