岗位职责
工作职能：
搜索，分析，锁定行业潜在客户，形成拓新客户名单，并进行初步接触。分析，整理客户名单，挖掘客户需求，项目信息，找到对接人，促进安排面谈。
工作内容：
1）根据各业务线和BD需求，按区域或行业分析，搜索，整理出客户拓展新名单。按项目可能性排序。
2）利用email, 电话，微信等联络手段，触达到新的潜在客户。介绍公司，了解客户公司，项目信息，找到对接人。
3）整理出有意合作或现实项目的“有效”客户名单，深入交流，进一步沟通，转化成面谈机会。
4）整理客户拜访工具：如公司简介，话术，Email模板，双方合作具体机会等。
5）更新客户群的信息，和日常沟通及维护。
6）协助业务线整理资料，入库流程。
7）协助撰写初步任务计划书。
8）公司网站微调，各线负责人email，公司前台电话。
岗位要求：
1）景观设计/建筑设计/室内设计或工程相关从业背景，对行业有基础了解；
2）较强目标感，内心不抗拒陌拜；有一定材料整理能力；
3）熟悉Excel / Word / Power Point 等办公软件使用；
4）对上升空间渴望，可从电话拜访转至线下拓展经理、总监。
