We are a contemporary high-end design boutique firm in Beijing responsible for coordination and implementation of all phases of architecture and design from concept through construction and furniture installation. The firm is now seeking to fill long-term positions with experienced, technically oriented architects who possess a high level of passion for our team oriented performance and the craft of executing unique and high-value construction.
Scope of the position will be broad and duties include, but are not limited to, coordination of daily construction site activities, shop drawing review, scheduling, budgeting, bid leveling, shell and finish stage oversight and quality control compliance. The position will require managing and communicating with various stakeholders.
Candidate will be working in a fast-paced business environment and interface directly with the Principal. This is a full time position based out of our office at The PLACE in Beijing.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or other closely related fields required, master’s degree preferred
· Ideal candidates should have 3-5 years (1-3 years for Associate Architects) of experience with new construction and renovation of small and large-scale projects
· Candidate must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong graphic ability, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Experience with Rhino and V-ray is a plus
· Experience in writing and preparing specifications, estimates, proposals, reports
· Candidate must be disciplined, self-motivated, articulate, organized, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced collaborative environment
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Knowledge of materials and finishes required. Experience with furniture always useful

团队
MAS创始人及现任总监为莫平。莫平获得哈佛大学建筑学硕士学位。毕业后，先后在波士顿GRAHAM GUND ARCHITECTS事务所和纽约贝氏事务所任建筑设计师，有近二十年海外多种类建筑设计项目工作经验，为北京中国银行总行大厦、中华人民共和国驻美国大使馆办公楼等项目主要设计者之一。
MAS合伙人司徒佐（Gerald Szeto），毕业于康奈尔大学建筑学院，历任纽约贝聿铭建筑事务所、TSAO & MCKOWN 建筑事务所、贝氏建筑事务所建筑设计师，有二十余年国际建筑设计项目经验，为北京中国银行总行大厦、华人民共和国驻美国大使馆办公楼、苏州博物馆等项目主要设计者之一。

MO ATELIER SZETO (MAS) is a contemporary high-end design boutique firm founded in 2005 in Beijing, China, by Harvard alumnus Mr. Ping Mo. Partners of the firm had over 30 years combined experience working with I.M.Pei on such China-based iconic structures as the Hong Kong Bank of China Tower, the Bank of China Head Office Building in Beijing, the Suzhou Museum and the Chancery Building for the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China to the United States in Washington DC.
