for industrial factory、office and hotel interior work on-site construction management,
including construction arrangement, schedule, quality, commissioning and acceptance
etc. 

负责厂房、办公楼、酒店建筑装修施工管理，包括施工安排、进度、质量控制、调试和验收等工作。

Coordinate
with design for detailed project specification, inspection and testing requirements.


与设计工程师协调，清楚了解项目规范，检查测试计划要求等。

Lead
by and report to construction manager, fully responsible for site construction
management. 

工作汇报对象为项目施工经理，在施工经理领导下全权负责现场施工管理工作。

Develop
and maintain good management relationship with sub-contractor to ensure project
success. 

发展和维护与分包商良好的管理关系确保项目成功实施。 

Team
work and cooperative with quality and EHS department. 

与项目质量团队和EHS团队合作。
 


Requirements岗位要求：

Bachelor
degree or above Architecture/Civil/Structure/Interior decoration Engineering or
relevant

建筑工程/土木工程/建筑装饰相关专业本科及以上学历

Over
8 years GC working experiences construction company. 

在总包单位有超过8年以上工作经验。

Hotel
interior decoration project reference is preferred. 

有商务酒店精装修相关项目经验者优先。
