- 主要工作职责：
- 分析项目定位，进行低碳、绿色、健康设计策划；
- 方法学及技术调研，撰写服务建议书；
- 引导业主，设计，顾问团队制订项目目标，推进集成设计方案；
- 利用分析软件，进行节能、能耗、自然通风、采光分析，撰写分析及咨询报告；
- 熟悉LEED/WELL/CGBL标准，进行分析计算等工作。
- 任职要求：
- 建筑环境与能源应用工程、暖通工程、城市规划、流体力学、建筑学等可持续建筑相关专业硕士及以上毕业；
- 熟悉方法学及应用研究；
- 撰写咨询报告能力；
- 中英文读写沟通能力；
- 工作经验：
- 在可持续/绿色建筑咨询工作有3年以上工作经验；
- 熟悉国内建筑碳/能源使用分布，提升空间，市场政策及标准；
- 技能技巧：
- 熟悉模拟技术，能掌握Rhino以及其它至少两项模拟工具：例如 eQuest, Fluent, Radiance 等；
- 熟悉数字化技术，能够支持分析工具二次开发：例如 Grasshopper, Python, Java;
- 持有可持续绿色健康建筑专业证书及实操经验，如LEED AP、WELL AP；
- 工作态度：
- 思路清晰，持续学习能力
