These projects include the largest W Hotel in Asia (W Xi‘an) which was selected the most popular architecture in 2018 and was the Spring Festival celebration site. Tahoe Courtyard Collection (Beijing Courtyard, Xifu Courtyard, Beijing Lichunhu Courtyard, Nanjing Courtyard, etc.) and many other well-known developments in China. In 2016, the works by our designers ranked top three places of Beijing villa type real estate sales market. As a newly established experienced boutique design company, UMiA will continue to provide design expertise through excellent design service.
