Initiating and developing industry project space management, including mechanical, process & electrical equipment & piping routing, layout and section, conceptual design and detailed design associated with disciplines design engineer. 根据项目情况及相关规范,?与项目各专业设计工程师共同进行工业项目动力、工艺、电力设备及管道平面空间布置和走向概念设计和施工图设计。
Coordinate with each discipline to ensure IFC drawings following overall project space management, and updating space management drawings according to project stage and construction conditions. ?
协调各设计专业图纸符合总体项目空间管理规划，并根据项目进展及现场实际情况对空间管理图纸进行实施更新。
Requirements岗位要求：
Bachelor degree or above in water supply and sewage engineering/HVAC/Environmental Engineering or relevant给水排水工程/热能工程/环境工程或相关专业本科及以上学历
Over 3 years working experiences in local design institute or engineering company. 在设计院或工程公司有超过3年以上工作经验。
Semiconductor and or Pharmaceutic project reference is preferred. 有半导体/制药行业相关项目经验者优先。
Proficiency in the use of graphics software such as CAD能熟练操作运用CAD等绘图软件
